Players must survive through sequential stages by managing health, gold, and card combinations while competing against adaptive AI opponents. Core Gameplay
In Fauntra, players progress through multiple survival stages. Each stage introduces hazards, gameplay modifiers, and opponent challenges that reduce health or complicate strategy. Players must survive as long as possible while balancing risk and reward.
Players use tarot-inspired cards with structured ranks and suits. These cards can be played as valid combinations such as pairs, straights, flushes, and special multi-card sets. Certain combinations may trigger additional stage effects or provide tactical advantages. The table resets after rounds, but previous plays and stage effects can influence future turns.
